Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently -Spanish speaking is a must.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various products - Utilize technical sales knowledge to recommend products that meet customers' needs - Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies - Demonstrate knowledge of retail math to accurately calculate discounts, sales tax, and change for customers - Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive shopping experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred -knowledge of car sales is a plus - Familiarity with operating a POS system is required - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone - Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
