Responsibilities:
Seed, Transplant, Harvest, and package our products for customer distribution.
Maintain equipment & work area while following SOPs.
Take individual initiative while still being able to work with a team.
Be able to wear proper PPE while following GMP & chemical safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Be capable of working in cold, hot, and wet conditions.
Comfortable working around moving machinery & large process equipment.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to read & speak fluent English.
Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
