7/14/2023 Seeking Personal Assistant The Grant Access (TGA) is a full service provider of experience design and execution, guaranteeing events to make a lasting impression.
The TGA goal is to flawlessly implement clients' vision with creativity, professionalism, and most importantly, make things easier for our clients.
The TGA office is out of New Jersey and has efficiently managed events spanning the globe from Washington, DC and New Orleans, Louisiana to Nairobi, Kenya and Prague, Czech Republic.
We specialize in Corporate Events and our Chief Experience Architect is seeking a motivated personal assistant with excellent people skills to support the firm's growth.
The applicant should be proficient with Google Workspace, Quickbooks, MS Word, Excel, MailChimp and other online applications.
Ideal candidates should excel at efficiency, organization, and problem-solving and thriving in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of events industry and decor preferred but not required.
The responsibilities would be varied such as handling correspondence, managing expenses, scheduling meetings, emailing, etc.
as well as assistance associated with managing personal and/or tasks related to family.
Personal tasks can include running errands, arranging travel (e.
g.
purchasing airline tickets, reserving hotel rooms and rental cars), scheduling family appointments, and shopping (meal planning, remembering special occasions like birthdays).
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Provide administrative support managing expenses and invoices Manage a high-volume travel schedule Develop and implement organized filing systems Schedule and (virtually) attend meetings and ensure owner is well prepared for meetings Vendor procurement and event related research Schedule family appointments Manage personal and business calendars
Qualifications:
Must be a self-starter and able to handle tasks without constant direction Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Hours are flexible and approximately 85% will be virtual.
Most days can work from anywhere but will need access to their own transportation.
Travel responsibilities will be minimal (less than 10%) Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
